LaVon Donigan Bradley obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She was nominated for NAACP 2016 IMAGE AWARDS HOMETOWN CHAMPIONS. She is a strong philanthropist who understand that "we are blessed to be a blessing." She has acquired many facets in life serving people (i.e. substitute teacher for a Public School District, social recreational mentor for youth in the juvenile justice system, former board member of DVN (Domestic Violence Network), etc). She spearheaded several events in the community to support less fortunate and homeless individuals. She is a motivational speaker and participate at events which promotes individual growth like encouraging young mothers and youth to stay in school; and being a leader to follow just to name a few. She founded a 501(c) (3) Non-profit organization, namely: We HYP2E Corp. (Helping Young People & Parents Excel). She believe that the foundation, We H.Y.P2.E Corp. is renowned for, promotes “tell your story”; and facilitates freeing strongholds and bondage while providing a possibility for restoration in individual lives.
Kierra Tucker attended Ball State University and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology. She has several years of experience working with adolescents in the Marion County Juvenile Justice System. In an attempt to be proactive with youth development, she made a shift in careers to focus on the growing mental health aspect of the juvenile population. She is currently employed at a licensed mental health agency and teaches life skills to adolescents in the Indianapolis Public School system. Kierra has simultaneously served as a team member of We HYP2E Corp. and believes that this organization is being used as a vessel to restore our youth through the promotion of self worth, empowerment, respect and neighborly love.
Antaiwan Donigan, Sr. graduated from Harrison College and obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. He is a case worker at CENTERPOINTE Community Based Services. His daily responsibilities consist of mentoring youth within the child welfare and juvenile justice system; and assist them to acclimate back into the community. He has hosted several group discussions and guest speaker events providing insight on teen issues and means to improve their livelihood. He leads a mentor class, namely R.I.S.E (Reach, Influence, Strengthen, and Excel), at a local treatment facility. He is married and have two sons. He serves as a team member of We HYP2E Corp. and help young people to overcome their challenges. "We HYP2E Corp. has created a path for our youth and young parents to evolve and reach their attainable level of success." Antaiwan believe that We HYP2E Corp. gives back to the community through philanthropic measures and self-less gain.
Dwayne Donigan earned a Bachelor’ Degree in Psychology from Ball State University. He played Division One college football as a Running Back including in the Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl in St. Petersburg, FL; and received a 2012 Ball State Ray Louthen Senior Participation Award. He has a passion to uplift others and lend a hand to those less fortunate. He receives great satisfaction and gratification when assisting people to enhance themselves. He credits some of his learning and personal skills/characteristics through his passion for football. He understands when faced with obstacles (i.e. academics, training, injuries, and life) that one must persevere daily. That taught him "to never give up and the next day is a new opportunity to get better.” Dwayne is a team member of We HYP2E Corp.; and seek to support youth and young adults who have challenges or circumstances that they want to overcome and develop to be a better person.
Rana Bratchette received an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Southern Ohio College. She originate from the great State of Ohio. She is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of customer service, management, clerical, and marketing experience within corporate and independent organizations. Her strong history in community involvement and volunteerism has inspired a sincere passion for youth development. She is currently employed with the YMCA, one of the largest nonprofit organizations nationally known, that emphasize on healthy living, social responsibility and youth development. In every area of her life, she makes an effort to utilize Christian principles. She serves as a team member of We HYP2E Corp. Rana help the organization provide personal and spiritual development by utilizing practical application in the lives of young people and parents.
Leisha Donigan is an Office Specialist with National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP), a community based service and support to children, youth and families. She is very dedicated in assisting youth and young parents to an optimistic future through her volunteerism. She is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She is a Christian and is excited to see greater in the pathway she now journey. Leisha is a team member of We HYP2E Corp. and believe the organization will inspire, lead, encourage and ultimately change people lives for better.
